At Hide Gears, we offer free shipping worldwide on all bags, with no minimum purchase required.
Delivery Timelines
All of our bags at Hide Gears are handmade with care, so it takes us about 10-14 business days to get them ready to ship.
Once your order is on the way, delivery typically takes 3-5 business days, depending on your location. All items are shipped from Toronto, Canada. If there are any delays, we’ll notify you as soon as possible.
International Shipping
Please note that customs duties, taxes, and other fees may apply for international orders and are the buyer’s responsibility. Contact your local customs office for more details.
Customs Duty on International Orders
All international orders are shipped on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. This means the buyer is responsible for any customs duties or taxes imposed by the destination country.
Duties & Taxes
- All items are shipped from Toronto, Canada.
- Customers within Canada and the USA do not pay any duties and taxes.
- For international orders, duties and taxes may apply, depending on your country's regulations.
- We have no control over these charges.
- It’s recommended to contact your local customs office for information on current duties and tax regulations.
- Countries with trade agreements with Canada may benefit from reduced duties and taxes.
Tracking and Delivery Issues
Once your order is dispatched, we’ll provide a tracking number to monitor your shipment. It's the customer's responsibility to follow up with the courier regarding delivery. If issues such as missed deliveries occur, please contact the courier directly.
If an incorrect address is provided or delivery is not accepted, the parcel may be lost or destroyed, and we will not be able to process a return or refund in such cases.
Lost or Damaged Products
If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, contact our support team within 5 business days of the tracking delivery date. After verification by the courier, we will replace lost or damaged items with store credit or a replacement. Refunds are not available for lost parcels.
Additional Shipping & Order Policies
- Combined Shipments: If you place multiple orders to the same address, we may combine them for quicker delivery unless you request otherwise.
- Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation once payment is processed. If you don’t receive this within 24 hours, contact us.
- Processing Times: Orders may take up to 2 business days to process, excluding weekends and holidays.
