What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags attached to be eligible for a return or exchange.

How do I start a return or exchange?

To begin a return, email us at info@hidegears.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll send you instructions and a prepaid return label (for eligible orders in the US & Canada). Returns must be shipped within 7 days of receiving the label.

Do you offer refunds?

Yes. Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 more business days for your bank or payment provider to post it.

Do you provide return shipping labels?

Yes, we provide free return shipping for eligible orders within the USA and Canada. For international returns, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Are there any non-returnable items?

Yes. We do not accept returns for the following items:

Personalized or customized products

Final sale items

Gift cards or gift wrapping

What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

Please contact us within 2 business days of receiving your order at info@hidegears.com and include photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement, store credit, or repair reimbursement.

Do you offer exchanges?

Yes. To exchange an item, follow the return process. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for the item you want.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. Free shipping is available throughout the USA and Canada, with estimated delivery within 10–14 business days.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Delivery times vary depending on the destination. International orders are shipped Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) — meaning customs fees and import taxes are the customer’s responsibility.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Can I get expedited shipping?

Yes. Contact us before placing your order at info@hidegears.com, and we’ll assist with arranging expedited shipping.

What carriers do you use for shipping?

We ship using reliable global carriers like FedEx, UPS, and DHL to ensure safe and timely delivery.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. Please monitor your tracking and coordinate delivery with the courier directly.

What happens if I enter the wrong address or refuse delivery?

If an incorrect address is provided or delivery is refused, and the package is lost or destroyed, we cannot offer a refund or return.

What should I do if my order shows as delivered but I didn’t receive it?

Contact us within 5 business days of the delivery date. After verification with the courier, we will offer a replacement or store credit. Refunds are not available for lost items.

Will I be charged duties or import taxes?

USA & Canada: No duties or taxes

Other Countries: You may be charged import duties or taxes depending on local customs laws. Please check with your local customs office.
