30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags attached.
You must provide proof of purchase (email receipt or order number).
How to Start a Return
Please email us at hidegears@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
We’ll send return instructions and a prepaid return label (for eligible orders).
Returns must be shipped within 7 days of receiving the label.
Do not send returns without contacting us first — unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
International Returns
For orders outside the U.S. and Canada:
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
A 15% restocking fee may apply if a package is refused or not picked up and is returned to us.
Exchanges
If you want to exchange an item:
Start a return for the original product.
Once accepted, you can place a new order for the item you'd like.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
Personalized or customized items
Final sale items
Gift cards or gift wrapping
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your item upon delivery.
If it’s damaged or incorrect, contact us within 2 business days at hidegears@gmail.com with photos.
We’ll quickly resolve the issue with a replacement, store credit, or repair reimbursement.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 7 business days.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
It may take up to 10 additional business days to appear, depending on your payment provider.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless we made an error.
Partial refunds may apply for used or damaged items.
