Hide Gears provides free shipping throughout the USA and Canada. Since all our products are handmade and carefully crafted, delivery may take 1 to 3 weeks, depending on the item.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the United States and Canada only.
Free shipping is available on all orders with no minimum purchase required.
Order Processing
At Hide Gears, every item is handmade to order, and we do not compromise on quality.
Crafting your bag takes approximately 1 week, followed by 1–3 business days to carefully process and dispatch your order.
Estimated Delivery Time
United States & Canada: Free shipping within 1 to 3 weeks depending on the item’s craftsmanship and complexity.
International Orders: Delivery times may vary slightly depending on the destination.

Returns & Shipping Costs
We offer free return shipping on all eligible items. If you need to return a product, simply reach out to our team, and we’ll provide a prepaid return label for your convenience.
International Orders, Duties & Taxes
All international orders are shipped on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis.
This means customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the buyer’s responsibility and may vary by country.
Customers in the US and Canada do not pay any duties or import taxes.
Countries with trade agreements with Canada may benefit from reduced import duties.
We recommend contacting your local customs office for the most accurate information.
Tracking & Delivery Issues
Once your order ships, a tracking number will be emailed to you.
Customers are responsible for tracking and coordinating delivery with the courier.
If the address provided is incorrect or delivery is refused, and the parcel is lost or destroyed, we will not be able to offer a refund or return.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but hasn’t arrived, please contact us within 5 business days of the delivery date. After the courier verifies the issue:
We’ll offer a replacement or store credit.
Refunds are not available for lost items.
Additional Shipping Policies
Combined Shipments: Multiple orders to the same address may be combined unless requested otherwise.
Order Confirmation: You’ll receive a confirmation email once payment is processed. Didn’t receive it? Contact us within 24 hours.
Holiday Processing: Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
